This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in coordinating service, supporting operators, and ensuring on-time performance across routes.</p>\n<p>This is an opportunity for team members who are interested in growing within the organization and stepping into a more operational, fast-paced role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Front Window Dispatcher is responsible for managing and supporting daily dispatch operations, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating and distributing routes</li>\n<li>Monitoring and adjusting service throughout the day for efficiency and accuracy</li>\n<li>Communicating with operators via phone and radio</li>\n<li>Supporting drivers with route issues, directions, and real-time needs</li>\n<li>Tracking attendance, callouts, and schedule compliance</li>\n<li>Preparing and distributing required daily reports</li>\n<li>Handling incidents and documenting activity appropriately</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and consistent, professional communication.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training &amp; Schedule Expectations</span></p>\n<p>Selected candidates must be available to complete a 6-week rotating training schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weeks 1–2: Morning Shift (3:15 AM – 10:00 AM)</li>\n<li>Weeks 3–4: Mid-Day Shift (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)</li>\n<li>Weeks 5–6: Closing Shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Post-training shifts will be assigned based on operational needs and may include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mid-Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM</li>\n<li>Mid-Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li>\n<li>Closing Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Weekend availability is required with no exceptions.
