    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Scope of Responsibilities: </strong>Works under direction supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h4>Job Summary: Responsible for receiving all deliveries at the loading dock, preparing and shipping packages accurately and in a timely manner, performing quality assurance checks on all shipped packages, handing off all packages to FedEx/UPS drivers at the end of the day.</h4>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Answer the door at the loading dock and receive all incoming deliveries</li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain adequate stocking levels of all shipping supplies</li>\n <li>Package final prescription orders for delivery to customer</li>\n <li>Inspects final contents of package and order contents</li>\n <li>Hand off all packages to FedEx/UPS drivers at the end of the day</li>\n <li>Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of each work station and the facility</li>\n <li>Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor</li>\n <li>Responsible to maintain all quality assurances as they are given</li>\n <li>Assist in orienting and training new employees on all shipping and QA protocols</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Attendance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work nights and weekends as required </li>\n <li>Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma or GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Skill Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organization skills</li>\n <li>Outstanding customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize</li>\n <li>Requires the ability to stand throughout most of the shift</li>\n <li>Limited lifting up to 60 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$16.50 - 17.80  an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
