If you are committed to building excellent client relationships, providing consistent superior-quality work, and taking initiative to understand your clients’ needs, we would like to meet you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC offers a dynamic team setting and generous benefits (including 401K, PTO, and Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION: </span>Business Support Analyst</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION:</span> Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STATUS:</span> Full time – Contingent Hire     </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is an onsite job (NOT REMOTE)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting or equivalent experience</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 5+years of related experience with program financial management, government contract execution, funding documentation, and resource planning</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Haves:</span> Extensive experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DoD and government contract management</span>, budget exhibits, spend plans, contract modifications, and business case analysis to ensure compliance with DoD financial and acquisition policy</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Citizenship and Clearance: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Strong knowledge of and experience with government contracting (FAR, DFARS); Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Familiarity:</span> DoD and USMC</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools Familiarity:</span> FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other federal requirements; DoD Acquisition Policy</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Background:</span> Government accounting background preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRIMARY DUTIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support program financial management, government contract execution, funding documentation, and resource planning</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain budget exhibits, spend plans, contract modifications, and business case analysis to ensure compliance with DoD financial and acquisition policy</li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
