Today, Relief International is comprised of Relief International, Inc., Relief International-France, Relief International-UK and Relief International-Europe, all of which are led by a single senior leadership team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p>The purpose of this assignment is to equip refugee and host community participants with practical bead-making and artisan skills, life skills, and entrepreneurship competencies aligned with the UNHCR MADE51 framework. The assignment will support participants to work with Roots, a MADE51 social enterprise partner based in Juba. The initiative aims to enable participants to produce high-quality, market-ready products that showcase their cultural heritage, access fair market opportunities and achieve sustainable livelihoods and financial independence in accordance with Fair Trade principles.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training Need Assessment;</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a rapid assessment of trainees’ existing artisanal skills, cultural craft traditions, and capacity gaps.</li>\n<li>Recommend suitable training approaches for different trainees with direction from Roots to organize production for beaded products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Development of Training Plan and Delivery of Technical Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a detailed training schedule together with Roots, workplan aligned with MADE51 quality and market-readiness standards</li>\n<li>Prepare structured lesson plans and session guides</li>\n<li>Develop learner friendly training materials and distribute production kits</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Donor Reporting and Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and submit high-quality donor reports within agreed timelines.</li>\n<li>Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports through donor platforms.</li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with WFP, UNICEF, and other stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Support donor visits, audits, evaluations, and review missions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Beadwork and Craft Production </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Necklace, bracelet, earrings, and accessory production.</li>\n<li>Waist beads and decorative items (key holders, etc.).</li>\n<li>Bead application on bags, sandals, and other functional items.</li>\n<li>Incorporating participants' heritage patterns and cultural storytelling into products.</li>\n<li>Colour coordination and pattern development.</li>\n<li>Product finishing and quality control aligned with international market and MADE51 export standards.</li>\n<li>Material sourcing (local and sustainable where possible).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">provide technical life skills instruction in the following areas </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Self-confidence, self-esteem, and personal development.</li>\n<li>Leadership and group development</li>\n<li>\n</li><li>Conflict resolution and problem-solving.</li>\n<li>Time management and goal setting.</li>\n<li>Stress management and emotional resilience (trauma-informed approaches).</li>\n<li>Professional conduct, personal hygiene, and workplace ethics.</li>\n<li>Understanding of Fair-trade principles and artisan rights</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Life Skills training on Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to small business management.</li>\n<li>Business idea generation and validation.</li>\n<li>Customer care and relationship management.</li>\n<li>Marketing, branding, and product packaging for local and international markets.</li>\n<li>Market linkage strategies aligned with MADE51 approach – connecting to social enterprises, retailers, and buyers.</li>\n<li>Product storytelling and cultural value communication.</li>\n<li>Basic social media marketing and digital presence</li>\n<li>Savings culture and financial discipline.</li>\n<li>Budgeting and expense tracking.</li>\n<li>Costing and pricing aligned with fair wages and Fair-trade standards.</li>\n<li>Record keeping and profit calculation.</li>\n<li>Group savings approaches (VSLAs).</li>\n<li>Access to microfinance and financial services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualification and Minimum Requirements: </span></p>\n<p>Applicants should;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or diploma in Vocational Skills Training in Art and Design, Fashion and Craft Design, Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Social Enterprise, or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp;
