The ideal candidate will have more than 5+ years of hands-on experience and a deep functional and technical understanding of key ANSI X12 transaction sets, specifically those related to Supply Chain and Retail/Wholesale operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, secure, and timely electronic data exchange with our trading partners.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">EDI Implementation and Mapping: Lead the full lifecycle of new trading partner onboarding, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, map development, and testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Transaction Set Expertise: Expertly configure, develop, and maintain maps for the following critical EDI transaction sets:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">- </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">850 (Purchase Order)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">940 (Warehouse Shipping Order)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">856 (Advance Ship Notice/Manifest)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">810 (Invoice)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">753 (Request for Routing Instructions)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">754 (Routing Instructions)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">214 (Transportation Carrier Shipment Status Message)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Daily monitoring of EDI transactions, identifying, analyzing, and resolving errors and transmission failures promptly to ensure business continuity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">System Integration: Collaborate with IT, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and ERP teams (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to ensure seamless integration of EDI processes and data flow into internal enterprise systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including mapping specifications, trading partner profiles, implementation guides, and internal support procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Trading Partner Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with external trading partners (customers, vendors, 3PLs/Carriers) to manage compliance, testing, and resolve complex data exchange issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Process Improvement: Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to existing EDI systems and processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and compliance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience and Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience as an EDI Analyst, EDI Specialist, or similar role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience working with a major EDI translation software (e.g., IBM Sterling Integrator, Gentran, Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid experience with ANSI X12 standards and protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated expertise in the specified transaction sets: 850, 855, 940, 856, 810, 753, 754, and 214.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong proficiency in data mapping and transformation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, VAN (Value Added Network).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing transaction data in databases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with XML and other data formats used in B2B integration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
