This Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining cost reporting through data collection and management of analyzing business operations data to identify actionable finance metrics for Care Delivery Operations.&nbsp; This work will be accomplished by utilizing multiple reporting tools to extract relevant data, perform monthly trend and variance analysis and other cost account reporting as needed.<b><u>&nbsp;</u></b></span></p>\n<p><span><b><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES:</u></b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Develops and implements data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting</span></li>\n <li><span>Compares anticipated and actual results and identifies areas of improvement.</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyzes and organizes qualitative and quantitative financial, administrative and/or clinical data from multiple sources and synthesizes results into meaningful reports.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develops dashboards using productivity measures.</span></li>\n <li><span>Partners with all levels of management; supports and assists Finance Division leaders and team members by providing costing guidance and financial insight.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepares and delivers comprehensive reports, proposals and recommendations to key stakeholders and operational leaders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs special projects as required that may include the coordination of a variety of complex and confidential information from planning and design stages through implementation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</u></b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>BA/BS in finance, accounting, or business related field</span></li>\n <li><span>2&amp;#43; years’ experience Healthcare benchmarking implementation, reporting</span></li>\n <li><span>5&amp;#43; years’ experience in finance, accounting, and/or business related field</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated ability to design analytical reports and make informed decisions and recommendations from detailed financial, trend and operational data&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience</span></li>\n <li><span>Thorough understanding of methods of data and systems analysis and the principles, design and procedural methods used in data analytics and financial strategy development</span></li>\n <li><span>Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and to detect and correct any inconsistencies or errors</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong Excel and modeling skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with accounting and financial systems, including general ledger</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to sustain successful, positive, and collaborative partnerships with executives, senior leaders and business operations management</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong project management skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS:</u></b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Experience working with reporting and BI tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with cost accounting</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with Strata tools</span></li>\n</ul>",
