Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.<strong> MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH!</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work.</li><li>Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training</li><li>Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity</li><li>Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance</li><li>Organize and maintain the work area</li><li>Communicate job expectations and coach employees</li><li>Determine staffing levels and assign workload</li><li>Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems</li><li>Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>Sunday to Wednesday, 6am - 4:30pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay rate:</strong></p><p>$23/hr</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>Health Insurance- 30 days</p><p>PTO- after 90 days</p><p>401K- after 180 days (6 months)</p><p>On-demand pay</p><p><br></p>",
