OPEN UNTIL FILLED- First review of candidates will be Monday June 15, 2026 About the job: Enrichment Instructors provide leadership and supervision for assigned recreation program while also serving in a front-line lead role, providing safe and rewarding recreational opportunities for the community. BPRD is looking for Enrichment Instructors with experience teaching the following formats to adults, seniors, and adults with children: Technology - Computers, iPhones, iPads and Android phones Culinary - Pastry, cooking, baking; Arts and Crafts - Fiber arts, DIY/Home Arts & Craft Performing Arts - Vocal, musical instrumental, and piano A day in the life: Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Supervises assigned recreation programs and participants, staff and volunteers, and performs program-specific planning and evaluation. Interacts with youth and adults through enrichment activities by planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising activities designed to be developmentally appropriate and inclusive of all skill levels and abilities. Communicates on a regular basis with Coordinator, as well as patrons, participants, parent/guardians, community partners regarding questions, concerns and emerging issues. Identifies and directs needed staff and equipment including addressing program-specific risk management/safety issues. Manages accidents and incidents according to procedures. Oversees general upkeep and care of equipment, supplies and facilities used. Work Schedule: Varying times, including weekends.
