Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the lead analyst for our ESG repair program, managing process improvements for our online order system, handling returns (RMA), and performing critical warranty analysis to support key business decisions. This is a high-impact role where your technical troubleshooting skills and system optimization efforts will directly enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>System Optimization:</strong> Lead process improvements for the online order system, including conducting thorough pre- and post-production testing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Returns &amp; Core Management:</strong> Direct and support Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes for both core and new/unused products within the ESG Cluster Programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Program &amp; Technical Support:</strong> Provide technical support and parts assistance for the Multimedia and Cluster Programs, including analyzing the Multimedia Inspect for Damage Program.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Warranty &amp; Error Resolution:</strong> Resolve Service Center File Feed errors and support OWS (ACES) warranty claims processing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Data &amp; Warranty Analysis:</strong> Deliver comprehensive warranty analysis and insights to Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other Ford Customer Service (FCS) activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Administration:</strong> Generate invoicing and credits for specialized Ford programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with the Customer Service Manager and FCSD personnel to develop, improve, and achieve specific program objectives.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong> We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst with a proven track record in operations, system troubleshooting, or warranty analysis.
