We bring together ambitious professionals who thrive in an environment that supports growth, innovation, and excellence.</p>\n<p>We offer competitive benefits packages, frequent team initiatives, and opportunities for professional development. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join the Tigers!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What the job looks like?</span></p>\n<p>• Develop, implement, and maintain the Company's compliance programme, policies, and procedures in line with applicable regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p>• Monitor and assess compliance risks, ensuring ongoing adherence to the relevant regulatory framework and industry standards.</p>\n<p>• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and support the implementation of new or amended legal and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p>• Draft, review, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, controls, and conflict-of-interest frameworks across the business.</p>\n<p>• Conduct compliance monitoring activities, identify regulatory breaches, and oversee remediation efforts until resolution.</p>\n<p>• Review and approve marketing communications, website content, and other client-facing materials to ensure regulatory compliance.</p>\n<p>• Monitor outsourced functions and service providers to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.</p>\n<p>• Prepare compliance reports for senior management, the Board, and regulatory authorities, including regulatory filings where required.</p>\n<p>• Liaise with regulators, industry bodies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.</p>\n<p>• Oversee client complaint handling processes and monitor best execution arrangements to ensure fair client outcomes.</p>\n<p>• Deliver compliance guidance and training to employees and promote a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.</p>\n<p>• Build effective relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on regulatory and compliance matters.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What will you need to be able to do the job?</span></span><span> </span><br></p>\n<p>• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or a relevant professional compliance qualification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent).</p>\n<p>• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience within the financial services industry, preferably within a regulated financial institution. Experience within Compliance and/or AML functions will be considered an advantage.</p>\n<p>• Previous experience within a brokerage, CFD firm, or multi-asset trading platform is highly desirable.</p>\n<p>• Strong knowledge of the UAE/SCA regulatory framework, including AML, sanctions, outsourcing, and regulatory reporting requirements.</p>\n<p>• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of regulatory developments.</p>\n<p>• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.</p>\n<p>• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
