You'll work closely with Quality and R&amp;D teams across the U.S. to support continuous improvement and product excellence.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in quality activities including lab batch prep/testing, root cause analysis, non-conformity investigations, and certificate preparation in line with local, international, and corporate standards.</li>\n <li>Work with Operations to investigate non-conformities, run tests, and support RCA with lab batch analysis.</li>\n <li>Test raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods; compare results to R&amp;D-defined QC specs and assist with alternate raw material testing as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform Gas and Liquid Chromatography (GC) testing.</li>\n <li>Report any deviations or potential quality/safety issues immediately to QC Manager or R&amp;D.</li>\n <li>Maintain lab equipment, coordinate with suppliers, and follow R&amp;D maintenance specs.</li>\n <li>Calibrate and verify lab equipment; validate results from external calibration labs if applicable.</li>\n <li>Record and analyze test data using statistical quality control methods; monitor trends in QC systems.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues during testing.</li>\n <li>Support QC team and assist with quality-related tasks as directed by QC Manager or shift lead.</li>\n <li>Help prepare QC reports as required by the Quality Management System.</li>\n <li>Train and support QC Tech I and II team members as assigned.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Position Specific Details:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base hourly payrate between $29.00 to $37.00 p/hr, based on experience.</li>\n <li>Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>What's in it for you</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Highly competitive base pay &amp; premium shift differentials.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Biannual \"Rewards for Results\" bonuses, awarded on discretion based on plant performance.</li>\n <li>Our employees have the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.</li>\n <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.</li>\n <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, some college or technical school training, preferred.</li>\n <li>Min of 1 to 3+ years of experience working in an analytical lab.</li>\n <li>Experience performing Gas and Liquid (GC) Chromatography testing, ideally on chemical/polymerization type of industry.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.</li>\n <li>Have the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.</li>\n <li>You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be available for overtime as needed and able to accommodate the designated shift hours as assigned in the offer: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift or a 3rd shift.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)<br>\n MAPEIP3</p>",
