Operating within the newly established umdasch Industrial Solutions division, AT-PAC is a global leader in scaffolding solutions. Specializing in the industrial market segment, AT-PAC focuses on serving all scaffold contractors and industrial service companies across a variety of sectors.
AT-PAC became fully integrated into the Umdasch Group in 2023, combining its 25 years of industrial scaffolding expertise with Doka’s 150-year legacy in formwork and shoring. This strategic move reinforced AT-PAC’s commitment to strengthening its global market position and delivering exceptional solutions to the industrial sector. Since then, AT-PAC has taken on the role of competence center for scaffolding within the Umdasch Group, ensuring a unified supply model and facilitating the seamless sharing of expertise and resources across divisions.
Looking ahead, AT-PAC will continue to drive innovation, focusing on the technical development of its scaffolding systems and digital solutions. As we expand our global footprint, we remain dedicated to delivering safety and efficiency through our scaffolding solutions and drive the success of industrial projects worldwide.
Yard Operations & Material Handling
Lead and oversee all daily yard and warehouse operations including receiving, staging, picking, dispatching, returns processing, and material storage.
Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts and approved material handling equipment.
Maintain organized yard layout, proper material flow, and efficient use of yard space.
Ensure materials are bundled, labeled, stored, and identified correctly in designated locations.
Monitor outbound shipments to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and prepared on schedule.
Oversee inbound rental returns including unloading, inspection, sorting, reconditioning and re-storage of materials.
Inventory Control & Quality Management
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through proper receiving, picking, and returns processes.
Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts and full inventory counts (twice per year).
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and internal damaged material reports.
Ensure damaged or defective materials are properly segregated, tagged, documented, and communicated.
Support inventory reconciliation and data integrity within ERP and inventory management systems.
Ensure outgoing materials meet AT-PAC quality and safety standards prior to dispatch.
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in yard, warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations leadership.
Previous experience within scaffolding, construction, industrial rental, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments considered an asset.
Proven experience developing teams within fast-paced operational environments.
Strong understanding of material handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Forklift certification required.
Experience operating ERP and inventory management systems preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to implement structure, accountability, and operational process improvements.
Diploma or degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is an asset but non-essential.
Physical & Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, bending, pinching, and lifting.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 100 lbs when required.
Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
Work is performed indoors (office) and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Exposure to moving equipment and heavy industrial materials.
Safety-sensitive work environment.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Standard operating hours based on branch requirements.
