Disability & Term Life Insurance, plus matching 401k benefits. </li>\n <li>Career Development: Ongoing training & development with clear pathways for growth.</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off: Paid Holidays & PTO to ensure you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What YOU Will Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential HVAC systems </li>\n <li>Lead Customers to confident buying decisions</li>\n <li>Identify & communicate HVAC issues with customers</li>\n <li>Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs</li>\n <li>Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job</li>\n <li>Document work performed by following company procedure</li>\n <li>Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions</li>\n <li>Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Need from YOU:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-3 years of residential HVAC service and sales experience minimum</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures</li>\n <li>Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods</li>\n <li>Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen</li>\n <li>Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability</li>\n <li>Physical dexterity</li>\n</ul>",
