undergraduate&nbsp;program:</span></span></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#232323\">Oversees and updates curriculum and&nbsp;SLOs.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#212122\">Submits and prioritizes program budget requests to Associate&nbsp;Dean.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#202020\">Submits annual program assessment and program review to Associate&nbsp;Dean.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#212121\">Completes a program evaluation scorecard at minimum every 3 years</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#202020\">Supports Associate Dean and Registrar in course&nbsp;scheduling.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1e1e1e\">Orients and develops new full-time and adjunct faculty in the&nbsp;program.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1d1d1e\">With assistance of Associate Dean, coordinates program activities such&nbsp;as:</span></span>\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1e1e1e\">Participating in admission open&nbsp;houses;</span></span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#222222\">Updating program related information for the website and other marketing&nbsp;materials;</span></span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#202021\">Providing Admissions and Marketing with complete, updated information about the program regularly and providing talking points for counselors;</span></span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#232323\">Collecting endorsements (e.g., student quotes, events/materials for press releases, program&nbsp;publicity)</span></span></li>\n\t\t<li>Identifying competitive advantage;</li>\n\t\t<li>Assisting student success including advising and career services in understanding unique needs of program and students;</li>\n\t\t<li>Advising students.</li>\n\t</ol>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Maintains an awareness of competitive programs.</li>\n\t<li>Coordinates with the Assistant/Associate Dean to develop new programs related to current program.</li>\n</ol>\n\n<h1 style=\"margin-left:1px\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#252525\">Qualifications</span></span></strong></h1>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1e1e1e\">Terminal degree in criminal justice (Juris Doctorate accepted) from an accredited institution&nbsp;</span><span style=\"color:#1e1e1f\">required.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1f1f20\">Minimum of three years or the equivalent of full-time teaching&nbsp;experience.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#202020\">Experience with curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation&nbsp;processes.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#1f1f1f\">Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and complete projects on time and on&nbsp;budget.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#212122\">May be required to work additional hours during the academic year which may include&nbsp;</span><span style=\"color:#242424\">early/late hours or occasional
