We provide: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-focused benefits  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Wellness incentives </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ongoing mentorship, <em>development, </em>and leadership programs  </li>\n <li>And more</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Time:</strong> 11p-7:30a</p>\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures prescribed levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance are maintained in assigned facilities.</li>\n <li>Supervises staff by orienting, scheduling and providing performance feedback on an on-going basis.</li>\n <li>Trains staff in general cleaning and floor care techniques, chemical usage, set up procedures, power equipment operation, and safety.</li>\n <li>Inspects patient rooms, ancillary support rooms and public areas to ensure high levels of service are being maintained.</li>\n <li>Administers and monitors compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance with municipal, state, federal, and organizational guidelines.</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate inventory records and monitors usage of supplies, chemicals and equipment within area of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Dispenses and collects keys assigned to Environmental Services staff.</li>\n <li>Monitors staff adherence to established safety standards.</li>\n <li>Takes required precautions when working with hazardous materials and power equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintains required record-keeping.
