Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n <li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.</li>\n <li>Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Maintaining adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.</li>\n <li>Correctly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.</li>\n <li>Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.</li>\n <li>Participating in patient drug therapy monitoring.</li>\n <li>Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.</li>\n <li>Current State licensure required.</li>\n <li>BLS if required by State.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*</p>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
