This role is responsible for establishing consistent product ownership practices across all IT delivery workstreams. The Sr. Manager, Product works in close partnership with the Sr. Manager, Business Analysis and the Sr. Manager, Clinical Informatics to ensure requirements are well-formed before work enters delivery, and with the Director, Informatics to maintain portfolio visibility and prioritization across active work.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing a product owner practice, including developing story standards, acceptance criteria templates, and definition of done frameworks.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Deep familiarity with agile delivery practices: backlog management, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communication within a delivery team context.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Proven ability to partner effectively with QA, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements that are both business-meaningful and technically executable.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
