Position Summary
Acuren is seeking Rope Access NDT Technicians to join our team for long-term maintenance work in the Fort McMurray area. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.
Position Information:
Start Date: September 2026
7/7 rotation, 12-hour shifts
Applicants must be local to Fort McMurray or willing to relocate (Local Living Incentive provided)

Responsibilities
Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project time-lines.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients.
Requirements
CGSB UT, MT Certification
IRATA Level 1 Certification or willingness to obtain
Strong work ethics
Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
