Working closely with VFX Supervisor to interpret the client’s creative vision, oversee every aspect of CG production.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Explore various creative and technical approaches, giving and receiving feedback, and manage a team through competing priorities and deadlines.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Devising and implementing pipeline configurations and workflows that suit the technical and creative needs of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with Department Supervisors and Leads in supervising artists to achieve the artistic goals of the production. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with Production to ensure project milestones are met within schedule and budget. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with 2D to ensure smooth workflow between 3D and 2D departments. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting in all technical aspects of VFX production throughout the entire CG pipeline, including project set up, interdisciplinary troubleshooting, to asset delivery to Comp.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A team player at all times with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Run effective and productive Dailies and set overall technical approach and direction for CG artists on any given project. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working with the Head of CG to design and implement tools across the department and verify technical solutions proposed by the Team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinating solutions with the Technical Directors (TDs) in solving problems the production faces on a day-to-day basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keeping up on current technology trends and tools that best suits the development of a stronger creative technical environment at Fin Design + Effects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Thorough understanding and experience in combining VFX elements into live action plates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to juggle several tasks in a highly efficient manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A team leader who is able to effectively communicate with people at all levels, technical and non-technical crew</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
