font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Training will be needed in the following areas to become a Residential Mechanical Designer:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform and review HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, and system sizing per ACCA Standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide support to analysis team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate any auditing areas to Management and provide options for resolution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Organize scope into major categories to outline deliverables and milestones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Determine primary timetable for deliverables</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Modify critical paths based on prevailing conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develop workarounds to overcome obstacles in the critical path</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Integrate, review, and validate critical relationships with primary parties</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Receive and understand client constraints</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Able to modify and adjust to software – Manual J Software, AutoCAD, Wrightsoft-Wrightdraw, RESCheck, REMrate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manage and control all data through Excel and SharePoint</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Interface with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Understand current IECC and state codes for Residential Design</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
