Communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of parts, recommend additional preventative services and helps sell services to the customer, if warranted.<br data-gid=\"9218\">&bull;Provides excellent customer service to existing accounts by staying in touch, immediate follow-up and resolving issues<br data-gid=\"9219\">&bull;Ability to take on call and after hours calls.<br data-gid=\"9220\">&bull;Completes service orders; process tickets, invoices and bills out customers, verifies credit status of customer, makes billing adjustments, initiates purchase orders for parts, assist with updating information on the computer and maintains records/files for follow-up<br data-gid=\"9221\">&bull;Operate air compressor, impact gun, hub-cap hammer and other various machines and tools<br data-gid=\"9222\">&bull;Maintains vehicle cleanliness and mechanical maintenance, and ensures vehicle registration, insurance, safety and OSHA materials and devices are up-to-date. Submits Fuel receipts to accounting to process<br data-gid=\"9223\">&bull;Tire work (retail and/or commercial, on and off site)<br data-gid=\"9224\">&bull;Performs other duties as assigned or needed<br data-gid=\"9225\">&bull;Mount and dismount, air pressure checks and repairs (fleet checks)<br data-gid=\"9226\">&bull;Ensures lug nuts are tightened to the proper torque specifications<br data-gid=\"9227\">&bull;Performs fleet inspections and properly documents.<br data-gid=\"9228\">&bull;Completes all other duties as assigned.<br data-gid=\"9229\">&bull;Supports company safety and operational standards and adheres to all requirements, including driving requirements.
