We know if we do this, success will follow - for both our company and our employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Maintenance Technician. </strong> The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative.  Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full-Time Position with overtime availbility</strong></li>\n <li><strong>$20 - $22 / hr starting salary dependent on ASE's</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Additional pay for VSI License and ASE Certifications</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Full-Time Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid time off - along with Rental Car Discounts, Employee Referral Bonuses and Auto Purchasing Discounts</strong></li>\n <li><strong>$1,000 Tool Allowance</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Work on new vehicles across all manufacture lines</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Pursue Professional Development – advancement through apprenticeship - work and train with our team of highly qualified and experienced Automotive Technicians</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Access to manufacture training</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Use of company provided tools and equipment</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Must be able to work the following schedule:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:30pm</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.</li>\n <li>Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.</li>\n <li>Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.</li>\n <li>Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.</li>\n <li>Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.</li>\n <li>Maintain safe and clean work area.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)</li>\n <li>Must have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years</li>\n <li>Must pass background check/MVR and drug test</li>\n</ul>",
