Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction films, and agricultural film.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>***STARTING PAY - $21.00 - $22.50***</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> A successful candidate must have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to change priorities quickly</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Record Downtime</li>\n <li>Correctly complete paperwork</li>\n <li>Monitor scrap rates</li>\n <li>Build relationships with production</li>\n <li>Notify management of problems.</li>\n <li>Help train Machine Operators</li>\n <li>Work with maintenance to ensure equipment is set correctly</li>\n <li>Liaison between production and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Train on Day Shift before moving to Night Shift</li>\n</ul>Up North Plastics offers competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, ESST, 401(K) and more!",
