Discover how your skills and dedication can make a real difference to us.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p>NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services company, is seeking an experienced <strong>Construction Manager</strong> to provide operational oversight and leadership across active industrial, energy, and infrastructure construction projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role serves as a senior operational presence across the project portfolio, supporting project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to ensure safe execution, schedule adherence, quality performance, and financial alignment. Rather than owning a single project, the Construction Manager will operate across multiple concurrent jobs, helping identify risks early, reinforce operational standards, and support consistent execution across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings strong field credibility, a mechanical and piping construction background, and the ability to operate effectively across a wide range of industrial and energy project environments.
