This role is located in Boston MA</p>\n<p><span><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the&nbsp; Commodity Futures Trading Commision and National Futures Association on client's behalf</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare or review uploads, GAAP adjustments or reconciliations to create intial draft of regulatory filing</span></li>\n <li><span>Liase with appropriate external and internal parties regarding team deliverables and information needed to produce regulatory filings</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards</span></li>\n <li><span>Review and submit approved filiing to regulator by quarterly deadline</span></li>\n <li><span>Support initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness</span></li>\n <li><span>No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</span></li>\n <li><span>3+ years of relevant work experience required. 4 years of total work experience preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in regulatory and/or financial reporting for Investment Companies (Mutual Funds, ETFs, Hedge Funds, etc.) required.&nbsp; Experience in handling Form PF and/or CPO-PQR, preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with Confluence Unity (NXT) for preparing, reviewing, and publishing financial/regulatory reports, preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:<br>\n  BNY Newsroom<br>\n  BNY LinkedIn</p>\n<p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:<br>\n  • America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025<br>\n  • World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025<br>\n  • “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p>\n<p>Our Benefits and Rewards:<br>\n  BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $86,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
