You will collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to contribute to insightful financial reporting but also drive the success of our projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>How You Will Make an Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare project journal entries and reconciles cost reports for one or more projects. </li>\n <li>Compile and analyze project pay forms to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy. </li>\n <li>Track insurance and bond information for all subcontractors. </li>\n <li>Assist in month end closing, budget rearrangements, and budge revisions as directed by project team. </li>\n <li>Set up cost codes and cost types for project needs. </li>\n <li>Support field personnel timecard entry, certified payroll and reporting as needed. </li>\n <li>Enter equipment time entry and reconcile equipment accruals for project needs. </li>\n <li>Support accounts payable and onsite invoice entry to track project expenses and payments.
