In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Business Units, and Senior Finance leadership to ensure pricing strategies are competitive, value-driven, and aligned with our long-term business objectives. Your work will directly impact deal quality, price realization, and profitability across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>What you&#39;ll be doing?</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop pricing guidelines and deal playbooks in line with product roadmaps and business plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions and optimize revenue.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor industry benchmarks, competitor pricing, and macroeconomic trends affecting revenue.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze profitability and commercial terms for new deals, assessing financial and contractual risks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare recommendations and support internal approval processes for pricing and commercial structures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track ASPs, discounts, and margin drivers; build dashboards and scorecards to highlight performance gaps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide actionable insights and forecasting to improve price realization and revenue performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Package complex data into concise narratives and visuals for executive reviews.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Clearly communicate trade-offs, scenarios, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Recommend improvements to deal structures (e.g., incentives, credits, multi-system packages) to enhance value capture.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Embed pricing KPIs and governance into business processes to ensure consistency and accountability.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you should have?</b></p><ul><li><p><span>BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>5&#43; years in finance, pricing, or business analysis—ideally in semiconductor capital equipment or complex engineered products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in leveraging generative AI to automate analysis, and transform complex data into executive-level strategic insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario, sensitivity); experience with BI tools (Tableau); strong financial modeling skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and pricing modules.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep understanding of pricing mechanics (ASPs, discounts, incentives), value-based pricing, and contract terms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and how deal terms influence timing and risk.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional ability to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who we are?</b><br /><b>Applied Materials Israel</b> is home to the Process Diagnostics and Control business unit (PDC).
