For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee site-wide health, safety and environmental compliance across all disciplines including civil, structural, architectural and MEP works</li>\n <li>Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting operations, temporary works, steel erection, working at height, electrical installation and fit-out activities</li>\n <li>Implement and maintain project safety procedures aligned to company standards and statutory regulations</li>\n <li>Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety walks identifying hazards and ensuring corrective actions are closed out</li>\n <li>Review RAMS, permits to work and lifting plans to ensure safe execution across all trades</li>\n <li>Support coordination between contractors to manage interface risks and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)</li>\n <li>Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings promoting proactive hazard awareness across the workforce</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, identifying root causes and ensuring preventative measures are implemented</li>\n <li>Maintain safety documentation, reports and records in accordance with ISO standards and project requirements</li>\n <li>Act as a visible safety presence onsite, driving positive safety behaviours and accountability among all stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>+5 years experience in a HSE Supervisor role</li>\n <li>Have demonstrable HSE supervision experience across both CSA and MEP construction activities</li>\n <li>Understand construction methodologies and associated risks within large-scale or mission-critical projects</li>\n <li>Are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks and local regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Can confidently engage contractors and operatives to influence safe behaviours on site</li>\n <li>Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n <li>Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and safety management systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
