In this role, you will oversee the school and contribute to its growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Special Education Teacher will lead our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education Services Program</span>, ensuring high-quality educational offerings and personalized support. This role is essential in shaping meaningful educational experiences and promoting student success.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>As a Special Education Teacher, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs within our Education Services Program.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Educational Service Director to assess program needs, goals, and identify areas for improvement.</li>\n<li>Develop, manage, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with County, State, and Federal regulations and standards.</li>\n<li>Train, guide, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional educational services.</li>\n<li>Encourage student engagement and participation in their own program planning.</li>\n<li>Maintain overall program quality, including safety standards, financial oversight, and facility upkeep.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (required).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certification:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Special Education teaching certification (required).
