Across our offices in Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville, we're hiring registered hygienists who want the kind of role you only get when an owner-operator is paying attention.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What working here actually looks like:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Hygiene appointments structured to let you do the work properly, not 30-minute factory cleanings.</p>\n<p>Doctors who back your clinical findings and your professional judgment.</p>\n<p>Modern operatories with current technology: digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, the equipment you should have.</p>\n<p>Schedule flexibility across five locations if you want it — cross-train, cover a sister office, work close to home.</p>\n<p>Real continuing education support, mentorship from long-tenured colleagues, and the kind of long-term career conversations an owner-operator multi-location group can have. Formal advancement tracks are something we're actively building.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we need from you:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Active New York State Dental Hygiene license.</p>\n<p>Current CPR / BLS certification.</p>\n<p>Comfortable with digital workflows and electronic health records.</p>\n<p>A clinician who actually likes the work — periodontal care, patient education, the careful version of hygiene that most offices have stopped doing.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation and benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>$35–$40 per hour depending on experience, plus production-based bonus structure.</p>\n<p>Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.</p>\n<p>Paid time off and continuing education support.</p>\n<p>The schedule and team to actually use your PTO.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The honest part:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're a growing five-location group, and we're intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices.
