Inspire high performance through effective maintenance staff training and development, goal setting, and performance measurement.</li>\n <li>Responsible for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of plant assets.</li>\n <li>Prioritizes and oversees day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department.</li>\n <li>Responsible for departmental cost management.</li>\n <li>Coordinate plant projects, design and development, overhauls, machine relocation, etc.</li>\n <li>Liaison for State or Federal inspections, Local Fire Department & Insurance inspections.</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize workload and balance administrative duties with time spent on the floor.</li>\n <li>Strong written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Partner with plant Safety, Quality, Production, Shipping & Receiving, and Administrative Departments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates a keen ability in using a systematic and scientific approach to solving problems.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the application of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S and Root Cause Analysis.</li>\n <li>Computer literate in MS applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms.</li>\n <li>LOTO, Basic PLC, VFD, Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge/Experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of machine shop equipment (welders, grinders, lathes, cutting equipment, etc.).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Capital Process and ROI.</li>\n <li>Experience with CMMS Systems and Inventory Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>BS or AS degree in a technical field strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Five years plant maintenance in a managerial or supervisory role required.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing preferred (Converting & Extrusion).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-TM1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#INDSalaried</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
