Our work spans missile technologies, advanced materials, optical metrology, reverse engineering, digital engineering, and mission-critical sustainment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span><br>ReLogic Research is seeking a highly experienced Government Contract Vehicles &amp; Business Development professional to lead growth and compliance activities across major services-based contract vehicles. This role is ideal for a GovCon leader who understands how to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">win, manage, and maximize IDIQ and MAC vehicles</span> from capture strategy through post-award execution and compliance.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will drive new business, manage awarded vehicles, shape capture strategies, and cultivate teaming relationships across the defense industrial base.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><em>Business Development &amp; Capture</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead business development efforts across major DoD and federal services contract vehicles, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AMCOM EXPRESS, EWAC, SeaPort NxG, OASIS+, and similar IDIQ/MAC vehicles</span></li>\n<li>Identify and qualify opportunities, track pipelines, and support bid/no-bid decisions</li>\n<li>Research incumbents, customer missions, buying behaviors, and competitive landscapes</li>\n<li>Develop differentiated, winning strategies in coordination with technical, pricing, and executive leadership</li>\n<li>Support capture planning, solution shaping, and proposal development as needed</li>\n<li>Evaluate opportunities and maintain relevant pipeline</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Contract Vehicle Management &amp; Compliance</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the internal owner for assigned contract vehicles, ensuring ongoing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">compliance, reporting, and readiness</span></li>\n<li>Monitor vehicle requirements, on-ramps, off-ramps, and task order release patterns</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with FAR/DFARS requirements and agency-specific policies</li>\n<li>Coordinate with contracts, finance, and program teams to maintain strong performance metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Teaming &amp; Industry Engagement</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and form strategic teaming partnerships</li>\n<li>Promote ReLogic Research as a prime or key teammate across relevant vehicles</li>\n<li>Engage with primes, small businesses, and government stakeholders to position the company for future awards</li>\n<li>Represent ReLogic at industry days, matchmaking events, and customer engagements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Government Services Contract Vehicles</span> (e.g., AMCOM EXPRESS, EWAC, SeaPort NxG, OASIS+, or similar)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">new business development and capture</span> within the federal GovCon space</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IDIQ/MAC vehicle structures</span>, task order competitions, and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Experience conducting incumbent analysis and competitive intelligence</li>\n<li>Established industry network with primes, small businesses, and government customers</li>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, contracts, and executive teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience supporting DoW R&amp;D and engineering services customers</li>\n<li>Experience in small business or SBA-certified environments (8(a), mentor-protégé, JV structures)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Huntsville-area defense organizations and acquisition offices</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why ReLogic Research</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to shape growth strategy at a fast-growing defense technology company</li>\n<li>Direct access to executive leadership and decision-making</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation commensurate with experience</li>\n<li>Collaborative, mission-focused culture committed to technical excellence and integrity </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered.
