They are responsible for merging marketing efforts with sales goals to accelerate growth. Responsibilities Digital Marketing Successfully manage campaigns, email outreach cadences, marketing automation, and CRM optimization Align all marketing messaging consistent with the brand, ICP, and personas Work with marketing agency and CEO on marketing strategy Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including content writing, posting content in various formats from social media to blogs Work with the sales team to develop sales and marketing collateral Support marketing and sales events Business Development Leverage ZoomInfo to mine data and Hubspot to manage campaigns to potential customers and current customers Lead events to network and develop relationships and business for UTG Quickly hand off opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member to speed sales cycle and keep customer engaged Respond immediately to customers who respond to our outreach efforts Qualifications The successful candidate should have some or all of the following experiences and qualifications: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience doing business development and digital marketing Comfortable with their results being visible (i.e. leads generated) Must stay ahead of trends in digital marketing to ensure UTG is always leveraging the best tools Experience with understanding how businesses work and how marketing tools can help achieve business outcomes Must have a working understanding of The Challenger Sale and marketing messaging methodology Must have worked in the technology industry Strong communication and collaboration internally and externally Comfortable in a fast-growing, scaling company
