This role requires a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand ideas into visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in print, digital, and packaging design, with the ability to adapt to different design needs across multiple platforms. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create visually stunning graphics for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital content.  </li>\n<li>Develop design concepts that align with brand strategy and identity.  </li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality designs for print and web.  </li>\n<li>Revise designs based on feedback to ensure company satisfaction and design consistency.  </li>\n<li>Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  </li>\n<li>Stay up to date with design trends and software to continually improve creative output.  </li>\n<li>Leverage AI tools and project management systems to streamline workflow and uphold processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience. </li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.  </li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).  </li>\n<li>Experience in product or packaging design is a plus.  </li>\n<li>Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.  </li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  </li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.  </li>\n<li>A great eye for detail and a passion for creative design.  </li>\n<li>A willingness to learn and adapt quickly. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferred Skills: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with photography (editing, color adjustments, etc.) </li>\n<li>Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.  </li>\n<li>Strong understanding of print production processes.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Application Instructions: <br>When applying, please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio or personal website showcasing your design work, including any relevant print, digital, and packaging design projects.
