    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As an integral member of the Food and Beverage team, the Guest Room Dining Server requires getting everything right the first time, every time; attention to detail, suggestive selling, a friendly phone presence, and impeccable timing.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $17.13/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Season Start: February 1 – May 15</em></li>\n <li><em>Season End: October 31</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Plus, unparalleled activities like outdoor concerts, fine dining, swimming, and more.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide welcoming phone greeting and follow guest ordering procedures</li>\n <li>Convey menu information over the phone to guests and give accurate estimate of delivery time</li>\n <li>Make food and beverage recommendations and apply suggestive selling techniques</li>\n <li>Deliver food & beverage orders to Guest Rooms</li>\n <li>Follow procedures for announcing self at the room, entering the guest room, presenting the order and the check</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Previous food & beverage service experience preferred</li>\n <li>Food Handlers Card & WA State Alcohol Servers Permit certified (or obtain within 30-days of hire)</li>\n <li>Ability to speak the English language fluently to interact with guests.  Good verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze guest needs and assist in resolving any and all guests challenges</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods</li>\n <li>Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SuncadiaResort</p>",
