The Counselor will develop and maintain relationships with youths and families and ensure they receive comprehensive services in the community while participating in Aftercare services. The Counselor will work along side the fair futures coach, service providers, community members and other stakeholders. The W.A.Y Aftercare Program utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as its clinical model and foundation. DBT is an evidence-based approach which is user friendly and adaptable to the individual based upon skillset, need and level of trauma.
