          "text": "<p>The Commercial Building Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of commercial properties. This position supports daily building operations by ensuring common areas, restrooms, exterior grounds, and tenant spaces remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and entryways</li><li>Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, or damages to management promptly</li><li>Assist with building inspections and special cleaning projects</li><li>Support tenant requests and provide excellent customer service when interacting with occupants and visitors</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers safely</li><li>Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines</li><li>Assist maintenance/engineer staff with minor tasks as directed</li></ul>",
