Rad Techs that join the J4K team will be responsible for performing various clinical duties including radiologic examinations of pediatric patients while creating a superior patient experience.</p>\n\n<p>Just 4 Kids Urgent Care is open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. seven days per week.</p>\n\n<p>The primary duties and responsibilities of the Rad Tech are listed as follows:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ensures superior patient experience by embracing the J4K mission and values, while treating all with compassion and respect.</li>\n\t<li>Prepares patients for radiologic procedure and takes X-Rays while following established protocol and procedures for patient care and safety.</li>\n\t<li>Ensures all radiographs are interpreted by clarifying discrepancies.</li>\n\t<li>Uses necessary radiation protection and shielding materials.</li>\n\t<li>Logs all radiologic procedures and processes related paperwork using computer equipment as directed.</li>\n\t<li>Maintains examination rooms. Stocks necessary medical and radiologic supplies.</li>\n\t<li>Performs basic medical assistant duties, which include but are not limited to: rooming patients, taking vitals and patient histories, obtaining chief complaint, completing approved point of care lab testing, and discharging patients.</li>\n\t<li>Ensures sterile technique with patient procedures, instrument cleaning and sterilization.</li>\n\t<li>Assists providers and RNs with various medical procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Maintains confidentiality with all patient information (HIPAA).</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n",
