You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless AV experience by maintaining and troubleshooting onsite AV systems, assisting users, and providing high-quality service delivery. With two of our team members</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> in the<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inavate APAC 40 Under 40: Class of 2025,</span> recognised for their merit, character, impact, and potential to shape the future of AV across the region, you will be working alongside the best in the industry.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide first-line support for AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and monitor AV equipment to ensure optimal performance </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support meeting setups, live events, and conference calls as required </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver a friendly and professional service experience for all onsite users </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to ongoing improvements in AV service delivery </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Experience &amp; Capabilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with major AV platforms and tools (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams, Cisco Webex)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, hands-on approach</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently in a customer environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Relevant certifications (e.g. CTS, Crestron, or Extron) are a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent time management and organisational skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Positive and motivated attitude.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diploma level TAFE course similar or equivalent to Cert IV in Information Technology (Networking) or 3 years IT work experience. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we value and reward committed team members.
