You are Defined Fitness.</p><p>The Greet Team Member is the first point of contact for members, potential members, vendors and anyone entering or calling the facility. You will effectively solve the needs and wants of individuals who walk through the doors. You are expected to execute excellent customer service through daily duties and interactions by demonstrating the following qualities:</p><ol><li>Sales-driven</li><li>Critical thinking skills&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic and passionate</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Adaptable in fast-paced environments</li></ol><p><strong>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li>Greeting all members and guests in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.</li><li>Verify membership status and respond accordingly to questions, concerns, etc.</li><li>Work with Greet Team Manager to achieve club sales goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Answer and/or direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct periodic club walks to ensure a clean and safe facility.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately process money transactions.</li><li>Place calls to prospective members regarding new promotions.</li><li>Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate all club concerns and member inquiries to management daily.</li><li>Provide tours for prospective members.</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service-oriented position</li><li>Minimum of one (1) year cash handling experience&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.&nbsp;</li><li>PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products, such as ABC and QuickBooks.</li><li>Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.</li><li>Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.&nbsp;</li></ol><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ol><li>Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry approximately fifty (50) pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write.&nbsp;</li></ol><h2>Benefits</h2><p>We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment through our comprehensive benefits package:</p><ol><li>Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and sick leave policies to promote a healthy work-life balance.</li><li>Gym Membership: Full access to our gym facilities at no cost to team members (valued at $640 per year).</li><li>Staff Pass Memberships: Complimentary memberships for family and friends (valued at $1,280 per year).</li></ol><ul><li>Full-time employees receive two (2) staff passes.</li><li>Part-time employees receive one (1) staff pass.</li></ul><ol><li>Discounted Personal Training Sessions: Full-time employees are eligible to purchase personal training sessions at a discounted rate of $25 per session (regularly $75 per session).</li><li>Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to support your and your family&rsquo;s health needs.</li><li>Life Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible for an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&amp;D) life insurance policy of up to $10,000.</li><li>Retirement Plan: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan&nbsp;to support long-term financial security.</li><li>Sales Commission: Earn $20 for each Personal Training (PT) 3-pack sold, with no cap on earnings.</li></ol><ul><li>Earnings based on minimum expectations &ndash; up to $140.</li><li>Earnings based on above-average performance &ndash; up to $300.</li><li>Earnings based on top performance &ndash; up to $500.</li></ul><p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties that will be performed by the team member occupying this position.
