This position will also be expected to be in-person at least one day per week. Other flexibility may be required as clients’ needs shift.</span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Senior/Media Associate Overview: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Senior Media Associate or Media Associate is responsible for supporting the Media Team in trafficking, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. This position will work across clients and get insight into every step of the media planning and buying process. This person believes in continuous learning and values the input of other subject matter experts on the Polaris team, along with external partner experts. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Senior/Media Associate Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Traffic digital advertising campaigns in a variety of ad platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, and Freewheel DSP. Traffic linear ads to broadcast and cable TV stations via Comcast Ad Fusion. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide a quality assurance process for each campaign to ensure creative, targets, and campaign goals align with media plans. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in producing post-campaign reports. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and troubleshoot ad accounts for clients on the aforementioned platforms including political verification. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a junior generalist position that will come with other duties as assigned. Due to the age and size of the organization it is highly likely that this position will be expected to perform duties that are not listed in this description. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Senior/Media Associate Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Must be based in the </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Washington DC area (DMV)</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 1-3 years of prior experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, Freewheel DSP, and Strata preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency with MS Office and Google workspace suites, including PowerPoint, Slides, Gmail and more.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency with data visualization softwares such as Tableau, Looker Data Studio and PowerBi preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent initiative, communication and project management skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">History of a strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in new and high-pressure situations. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Superb attention to detail and time management skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working in the progressive political sphere strongly preferred or a demonstrated interest in campaigns and causes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Senior/Media Associate Compensation: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">$55,000 - 65,000 annually </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Employer sponsored healthcare, including 100% paid medical, 99% paid dental, 99% paid vision and 100% paid life insurances</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3% automatic Safe Harbor retirement contribution </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Polaris provided laptop </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">We value diversity, equity and inclusion.
