In addition, XIG performs portfolio construction, portfolio implementation, risk management, and liquidity solutions to investors, drawing on Goldman Sachs’ market insights and risk management expertise.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>How Will You Fulfill Your Potential</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with a global team of highly motivated platform engineers and software developers building integrated architecture for secure, scalable infrastructure services serving a diverse set of use cases.</li>\n <li>Partner with colleagues from across technology and risk to ensure an outstanding platform is delivered.</li>\n <li>Help provide frictionless integration with the firm’s runtime, deployment and SDLC technologies.</li>\n <li>Collaborate on feature design, architecture and problem solving</li>\n <li>Help to ensure reliability, define, measure, and meet service level objectives.</li>\n <li>Quality coding &amp; integration, testing, release, and demise of software products supporting AWM functions.</li>\n <li>Engage in quality assurance and production troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Help to communicate and promote best practices for software engineering across the Asset Management tech stack.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A strong grounding in software engineering concepts and implementation of architecture design patterns.</li>\n <li>A good understanding of multiple aspects of software development in microservices architecture, full stack development experience, Identity / access management and technology risk.</li>\n <li>Sound SDLC and practices and tooling experience - version control, CI/CD and configuration management tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both written and orally, as well as interpersonal skills required to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse technology teams.</li>\n <li>Experience meeting demands for high availability and scalable system requirements.</li>\n <li>Ability to reason about performance, security, and process interactions in complex distributed systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and effectively debug both new and existing software.</li>\n <li>Experience with metrics and monitoring tooling, including the ability to use metrics to rationally derive system health and availability information.</li>\n <li>Experience in auditing and supporting software based on sound SRE principles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ Years of industry experience building enterprise applications</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in leading projects from requirement gathering through delivery</li>\n <li>Extensive proficiency in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Security) and designing RESTful APIs</li>\n <li>Expertise in architecting and deploying scalable solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks</li>\n <li>Understanding of the private markets landscape including primaries and secondaries investments</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with IaC scripts (like Terraform) for automated provisioning of compute, networking and storage resources</li>\n <li>Proven track record building applications with front-end frameworks like Angular or React</li>\n <li>Proficiency&nbsp;in building services using public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cloud-native databases like Single-store and Snowflake&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS</strong></p>\n<p>At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
