Overview Mountain Home Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator for our generator team to oversee all outbound and inbound communications, efficiently schedule and route our generator technicians, and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers—especially those enrolled in our maintenance plans. Ensure jobs are scheduled accurately, with clear descriptions and expectations for technicians. Prioritize maintenance plan customers and emergency service calls.
