          "text": "<p><strong>What does the job involve?</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>The Deburr Technician will be responsible for deburring machined parts coming out of the mill and lathes machines. He/she will ensure that all components are cleaned and prepared for the remaining assembly and packing processes. He/she will deburr parts using hand and various deburring equipment including abrasive wheels to smooth and/or remove defects to polish products to meet required specifications of machined components.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Grind, file, or sand surfaces of metal items, utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machines.</li><li>Examine surfaces in order to find defects.</li><li>Remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces.</li><li>Clean and organize work area.</li><li>Adjust and troubleshoot machine as needed.</li><li>Follow all Senior policies and procedure.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
