Case managers establish a self-sufficiency plan with each individual/family and work toward stability with each objective over the three-month intensive resettlement period as dictated by the US State Department regulations. Case management includes coordinating housing, medical, education, employment, and health services as well as other means of supporting the individual(s) to achieve self-sufficiency and wellbeing.",
