If you enjoy collaborating with teammates, ensuring every deployment and process is robust, diving into new technologies, and solving complex infrastructure challenges while having fun, this role is for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How you'll make an impact:</span></span></p>\n<p>TalkingParents is looking for a motivated and talented DevOps Engineer who is excited by modern DevOps practices, enjoys automating infrastructure and deployments, and enjoys being part of a company culture that makes you feel like family.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></span><br>· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Github Actions<br>· Automate Azure cloud infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform/Bicep<br>· Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime, scalability, and cost efficiency<br>· Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production Azure cloud systems<br>· Collaborate with developers to streamline Github Action deployments, resolve bottlenecks, and accelerate release cycles<br>· Implement and enforce security best practices across Azure cloud infrastructure and Github Actions<br>· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; participate in on-call rotations<br>· Contribute to mentoring teammates and promoting DevOps culture / best practices<br>· Partner with project management and stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of initiatives</p>\n<p>Skills and Qualifications</p>\n<p>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience<br>- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles<br>- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Function Apps, VNets, Front Door, Azure SQL, Application Insights)<br>- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI)<br>- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)<br>- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and familiarity with OOP principles<br>- Understanding of event-driven and queue-based architectures (Azure Storage Queues, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.)<br>- Solid grasp of networking, security, IAM, and load balancing concepts<br>- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights<br>- Working knowledge of databases and SQL<br>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>*Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
