Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlet(s). </li>\n <li>This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.</li>\n <li>Ensures consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in designated areas of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Implements training programs that ensure high quality service.</li>\n <li>Provides adequate training and tools for team member success.</li>\n <li>Ensures that all F&B areas are kept clean and in proper condition.</li>\n <li>Ensures that the minimum level of labor is used to perform the required level of service without adversely impacting service standards.</li>\n <li>Interviews and hires new team members.</li>\n <li>Executes audits of supplies and inventory items, ensuring cost controls.</li>\n <li>Ensures that all Food & Beverage products prepared meet the established specifications and standards.</li>\n <li>Completes the required daily financial tools and reports.</li>\n <li>Communicates variances from established standards to the F&B Manager/Director.</li>\n <li>Ensures that all service equipment is operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members.</li>\n <li>Enforces all appearance and uniform guidelines.</li>\n <li>Enforces all regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Reviews manifest and staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff.</li>\n <li>Investigates and resolves guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.</li>\n <li>Understands all aspects of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.</li>\n <li>Ensures safe cash handling procedures are followed by all team members.</li>\n <li>Conducts a physical inventory of outlet supplies and requisitions replacement items as needed.</li>\n <li>Coaches and counsels all team members when needed to reinforce departmental and company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintains a well-informed shift by conducting daily shift meetings.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with knowledge of restaurant operations and serving.  </li>\n <li>2–3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.  </li>\n <li>Must understand and speak the English language.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and evaluate Profit and Loss statements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
