Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a <strong>Communications Specialist</strong> in <strong>Chantilly, Virginia</strong>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong>We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Specialist with strong writing and technical collaboration skills. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex information into clear communications while working within established customer-specific messaging systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, edit, and distribute clear and engaging customer communications across multiple channels</li>\n <li>Manage and optimize messaging within a specialized/unique customer messaging system</li>\n <li>Write and publish newsletters, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align communications</li>\n <li>Track tasks, updates, and deliverables using Jira</li>\n <li>Collaborate with IT/service teams and manage workflows using ServiceNow</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience in communications, content creation, or related field</li>\n <li>Proven experience working with the customer messaging system</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with communication and collaboration across the IC; including with variety of domestic and field-based personnel </li>\n <li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical concepts</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Jira for task and project management</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management tools</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ETL</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in customer engagement or digital communications environments</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of workflows, ticketing systems, or IT service processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What you can expect from us</h2>\n<p><em>BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
