    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Candidate would be part of Fixed Income Application Support team, interfacing with Credit Front Office users, notably the portfolio trading algorithm group within Fixed Income Trading.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to production system queries, exchange connectivity issues, and system outages.</li>\n <li>Identify root causes of production issues using languages and protocols like Python, SQL, and FIX, and collaborating closely with support and engineering teams to create solutions.</li>\n <li>Installing, configuring, testing, deploying, and upgrading software on the ION trading platform</li>\n <li>Monitoring and maintaining the production environment, creating metrics and dashboards to oversee platform capacity/load, data quality, and overall system health.</li>\n <li>Developing and maintaining thorough documentation for all support processes, bug and enhancement tracking to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency in service delivery.</li>\n <li>Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at improving stability or enhancing current features or developing new workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">5 - 10 years of experience in Financial Services Technology.
