We focus on the individual needs and choices of each resident though our concept of Person-Centered Living to create a home-like environment and team atmosphere.</p>\n<p>Our work environment includes:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal and Professional growth opportunities</li>\n<li>Regular social events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:<span> </span></span>4:00p to 8:00p PT</p>\n<p>             6:00a to 2:15p Weekend Warrior</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Bath Aide/CNA's will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make our residents feel at home by treating them with patience and sensitivity</li>\n<li>Provide excellent resident care as directed by care plans</li>\n<li>Ensure resident safety by identifying risks and taking steps to prevent accidents and falls</li>\n<li>Welcome new residents to their home and assist them in becoming familiar with their routine</li>\n<li>Provide a bath/shower for each resident.</li>\n<li>Must have previous bath aide experience. </li>\n<li>Meet hygiene needs of each resident.</li>\n<li>Act as a resident advocate for physical, mental, and emotional needs</li>\n<li>Go above and beyond your assigned duties to help with any reasonable resident or teammate request</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We require our Care Partners to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be CNA certified and registered in the state of<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nebraska (75-hour training program)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must have at least 1-2 years of CNA experience. </span></li>\n<li>Be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
